Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MY JOB ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

MY JOB is a web-based tool that helps individuals plan tasks, track skills, record achievements, and generate work reports. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use MY JOB.
• Tell us promptly at merckheri2016@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Free trial and subscription

• New accounts may include a free trial period. The trial length is shown in the app.
• After the trial, continued access may require a paid subscription at the price shown in the app.
• Subscriptions are billed for the period stated at checkout. Prices may change; we will show the current price before you pay.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to break its security, access other users' accounts, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content

The data you enter remains yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you and sync it across your devices. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping your own copies of anything important.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MY JOB and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending your use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
