• Your work data: the tasks, plans, skills, achievements, and notes you choose to enter into the app. This belongs to you.
• Payment information: if and when paid subscriptions are enabled, payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card or mobile-money details — only a record that a payment succeeded.
• Basic technical data: standard information your browser sends (such as general request data) used to keep the service secure and working.

• To store your work data and sync it across your devices.
• To process subscription payments (when enabled).
• To keep the service secure, reliable, and to fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your work data for advertising.

4. How your data is stored and protected

Your data is stored in a secure cloud database. Passwords are protected using strong one-way encryption. Access to the service is protected by your login. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

5. Sharing your information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate MY JOB — for example, our cloud hosting provider and, where applicable, our payment provider. These providers process data on our behalf and are required to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law.

6. Your rights

You can view and edit your work data at any time inside the app. You can request that we delete your account and associated data by emailing merckheri2016@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we must keep limited records (such as payment records) to meet legal obligations.

8. Children

MY JOB is intended for working adults and is not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
